OUR CRITERIA FOR A SUCCESSFUL REGENERATION ARE DIVIDED INTO THREE ASPECTS: SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND SPATIAL. FURTHERMORE THEY REFLECT ON THE SET DESIGN ACTIONS OF OUR VISION.

ECONOMIC

Number of visitors in Biodome Attraction per year

Amount of money, visitors spend in the development area per year

Viability and percentage  of self-funding of the Biodome Attraction

Percentage of distribution of area between housing, business and retail

Variety of businesses (in numbers)

Variety of retail (in numbers)

Percentage of long-term residents, renting and owning a housing unit

Number of jobs created (per 1000 square meters)

Number of floorspace created for business and retail
